I cannot rate Sean McCormack and the wonderful Kevin Underwood too highly. We were very nervous and worried about becoming involved in any kind of legal encounter, but Kevin, who was very friendly and easy to talk to, calmed our nerves and explained everything to us extremely patiently and thoroughly and it became an easy decision for us to put our trust in him. After we "signed up", it was, for us, a doddle, as everything was arranged and submitted for us and we just sat back and let Talor Rose take care of all that needed to be done. We really appreciated the speed with which our queries - and everything else - was dealt with and very happy with the quick and excellent settlement of our claim. We paid nothing up front and just sat back and took receipt of our funds when everything was finalised. Thanks a million Sean, Kevin and all involved in looking after us so very well.

Louise very kindly helped me with the basics of my query to help me understand whether it was worth making a claim without charging me a fee. I really appreciated the time she took to help me with some basic questions that most other firms wouldn’t help with without charging an extortionate fee. I’ll definitely be going to Louise when we want to take things further.

I would like to thank Philip Scarles for everything that he has done on my behalf. He and his team worked tirelessly on my Personal Injury claim, which they took over from a well known Insurer with a Law subsidery. I had problems with the whole process due to my health. Can't recommend Taylor Rose MW enough! Not only a first-class solicitor service but a workforce that truly cares, wanting the best for their clients and achieving it. Following a cycling-related, RTA Nov 2019 Taylor Rose has supported me in attaining damages from the accident and the resulting broken bones. I worked with Allen Myers (Legal Executive in Personal Injury) to secure the damages, and I can't recommend him and his services enough. Being a keen cyclist himself he could clearly understand the accident and relate to the circumstances himself, whilst applying his years of legal knowledge, wisdom and experience to result in a successful resolution to the compensation claim. That being said the process hasn't been 100% smooth but no complication (inc. further operations from the RTA) seemed to agitate Allen, his professionalism, positive mindset and compassion for the client was always on display and of paramount. I cannot recommend Philip Scarles of MW Solicitors highly enough. He has been so helpful, very thorough and has managed my compensation case after a motorcycle accident expertly to the final resolution. Though this has been ongoing for a number years, Philip has always been professional and managed every detail. Without his input I wouldn't have got the help I needed to be able to manage over the last 5 and a half years. The detail and expert management made a solid case for pre-trial resolution. If you ever need someone to take on your accident case (I live nowhere near their offices in Sevenoaks) you couldn't do better. Highly recommended.
