I instructed Emma Suzuki, from Taylor Rose, on dispute with my employer and she was a pleasure to work with. Emma doesn't just look after the PLCs, she looks after the individual too. She's thorough, diligent, measured in her approach, and reassuring, and dealt with all of my many queries in a timely manner, putting me at ease in difficult circumstances. She was fully transparent on all related costs and went above and beyond in terms of time spent communicating with me as a client (phone calls and emails after hours on a number of occasions). It was a difficult time, but Emma made it that much easier with her reassurance and professional, confident demeanour. I'd happily recommend Emma to anyone needing her help to settle an employment dispute.

FDR law did complete the conveyancing but are slow to respond to email and 5 weeks later still haven’t supplied a settlement statement.

This is the second time Amy Abbot has acted on our behalf and I cannot recommend her enough. My husband and I are terrible at getting things like this done. Amy was efficient, understanding and just the right amount of persistent with us to help us to get all of our paperwork done. Moving is stressful, but she explained things so well and it helped me so much not to get overwhelmed. Money transferred by 9:30 on completion day leading to a smooth transition to our new home. Thank you so much Amy, I hope you are still around if we ever move again :)
