    AVOID BEING LET DOWN LAST MINUTE

    Worst law firm ever. AVOID USING SERVICES unless you want to be let down last minute and loose the mortgage on your property because they can't fo job properly. Now I have to start all over again due to solicitors incompetence. Funny enough they expect me to pay fees, which aren't cheap for SERVICES I DIDN'T RECEIVE. Tried to call, no one ever answers and when they, they tell you to stop ringing. 6 months later I have to start again with the stress again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. COMUNICATION GOES ONE WAY, BARELY REPLY. SCAM. LIARS. They only started my files week before mortgage offer runs out 🙄. Contacted complaint team. Still waiting 🙄

    My mother recently bought a flat in Basingstoke and we used Emma Morel and Linda Murphy. Linda visited my mother to present and discuss the paperwork. Both Emma and Linda responded to emails and phone calls immediately. I recommend using this company and particularly Emma and Linda.

    Misuse of client funds

    Taylor rose completed on a property sale on the 19th April 24 Today the 22nd May 24, we have still not had any contact from them or our equity from the sale which is well over £400,000. I shall be reporting this to the FCA as theft of clients funds

    My case worker was Aasha Shahzadi and she was very helpful. Replies were as quick as possible and all instructions given were clear. Everything was done via an online portal which was very convenient and efficient as you didn’t have to wait for appointments

    Excellent Service. Smooth and seamless!!!....In particular I was dealt with a lovely young lady called Merridith Gray. She communicated right throughout the case, and on final completion she kindly called me to finalise and close the remortgage.       Horrendous customer service. Off the scale hostility and absolutely no way to speak to a paying customer. Never have I ever been treated like this before especially when you’re paying thousands. A formal investigation has already been raised for the incident at the front door on Wednesday 15 July at 12:50 a.m. I really hope their CCTV has audio to hear the way we were spoken to.

      I never write reviews, but feel inclined to after my terrible experience at the Sevenoaks branch on Wednesday (15th July). We are paying customers, and the hostility and rudeness we experienced from the woman who answered the door for absolutely no reason was off the charts. Her behaviour and the way I was spoken to completely caught me off guard, nobody should be spoken to like that and I truly hope this incident is looked into further. Not the sort of service you would expect from a business of this sort, especially when the branch I had been dealing with up to this point has been nothing but brilliant. A real shame.
