Rubbish solicitors say one thing then do another was never interested in fight for my rights as human anyway
List of things that went wrong during my time with churchers: Our welcome pack was sent in the wrong size envelope so we had to pay royal mail to release it (this delayed things as we thought it was a scam) When we were close to completing, our solicitor had forgotten to arrange the boiler service we requested. It was then too late as the owner had vacated, so we had to organise and pay for this ourselves. Churchers and the sellers were pressuring us to complete without said boiler guarentee. We then realised our solicitor had requested the mortgage from the bank before going on holiday for 2 weeks. The money can only be held for a few days so it had to be sent back to the bank, this then further delayed the completion date as we had to wait to request funds again. When we moved into the house, we received documents for building certificates, windows ect for the wrong house!! Most recently we have received an email to assume our name, address and DOB has been leaked as a result of data breech. Churchers are still to retrieve the incorrect documents and have not returned the correct ones.

Excellent service, so far
I contacted Churchers Solicitors in Cowes to complete & submit LPA’s for our elderly mother. Margaret Beacham did this for us during two home visits, which was essential due to limited mobility issues, which would have made travelling to the office very difficult. The whole process was completed soon after the home visits, & we were very pleased with the work that Margaret did for us. Therefore, we would highly recommend Churchers Solicitors.
