Lauren has recently provided an excellent conveyancing service for me and has been friendly, helpful and efficient and responsive throughout. I had been slightly hesitant to use a remote service but the system worked well and I found Lauren easier to be in direct contact with than when I have previously used a local branch of solicitors. She was very aware of the situation surrounding the transaction and I felt I was being dealt with very much as an individual which I really appreciated. Highly recommended.

I just want to say how happy I am with the service I received from Yelda.. Today, we completed two remortgages, and she acted for both of my property companies. We used their services in 2025 for conveyancing. SDLT should of been paid on completion in October yet it still wasnt paid in November. We only found this out by HMRC sending threatening letters. We raised this along side the late payment fee in November and December multiple times and they claim it's paid. August 2026 and were still receiving letters because they didnt pay the late payment charge which is now accruing interest. Again they claim this is paid which is an outright lie. Terrible company with no follow through - have reported to the Legal Ombudsman.

I cannot recommend Ghania,the solicitor at Taylor Rose, and Jana, the legal assistant highly enough. They have been absolutely incredible throughout what has been a very time-sensitive and complicated property purchase. From the beginning, Ghania and Jana have been exceptionally responsive, professional, thorough and efficient. What impressed me most was how seriously they took the responsibility of making sure I fully understood the legal position before entering the auction. They did not simply go through the legal pack and tick boxes; they carried out detailed research and actively investigated the issues surrounding the property and the auction terms to make sure I was not taking on unnecessary or unexpected risks. Ghania, in particular, went above and beyond. She contacted the seller's legal team and the relevant auction team directly and identified an important issue with some of the terms and conditions being proposed by the agents. She felt that certain provisions needed to be clarified and amended to ensure that the position was fair and clear for all parties involved, including myself as the buyer. Rather than simply advising me to accept or not accept the terms, Ghania raised the issue directly, communicated with the relevant parties and pushed for the terms to be reviewed and amended. She solved the problem on her own and saved me from high risks. For me, this demonstrated exactly what you want from a solicitor when making a significant property purchase: someone who is willing to investigate, question things that do not look right, communicate with the relevant parties and, most importantly, protect their client's interests and their best to get the best outcome for you. The speed at which Ghania and Jana have worked has also been remarkable. Despite the very tight deadline and the pressure surrounding the auction, they have remained organised, responsive and focused on getting everything done properly and as quickly as possible. I have never felt that they were simply trying to get the transaction through as quickly as possible; instead, they have worked quickly while still taking the time to properly investigate the legal position. Jana has also been fantastic throughout. He has been incredibly helpful, responsive and efficient, and has made the communication and administrative side of the process much easier for me. It is clear that Ghania and Jana work extremely well as a team. Buying a property at auction can be stressful, particularly when there are strict deadlines and significant financial consequences if something is missed. Having Ghania and Jana on my side has given me a great deal of confidence that the legal aspects are being properly examined and that my interests are being protected. I am genuinely grateful for the amount of work, effort and care they have put into my purchase. Ghania has demonstrated exceptional professionalism, attention to detail and determination, while Jana has been an outstanding support throughout the process. If you are looking for solicitors who will actually take the time to investigate matters properly, act quickly when necessary and stand up for your interests rather than simply accepting what is put in front of them, I would highly recommend Ghania and Jana.
