I used Taylor Rose for a residential conveyancing transaction, and unfortunately, my experience has raised serious concerns about the level of due diligence carried out. Post-completion, we were left facing unexpected liabilities linked to issues that should reasonably have been identified during the purchase process. These included matters relating to cladding, AOV systems, gas pipe arrangements, fire doors, and balcony construction materials, along with additional management company fees that only came to light after completion. In standard conveyancing practice, these are the kinds of building safety and financial liabilities that are typically investigated and clarified with the freeholder or managing agent before exchange and completion. In my case, this does not appear to have been fully or properly done, and as a result, we were left having to deal with issues that should have been flagged at the outset. While some attempts were made to resolve specific fee-related matters after the fact, my wider concern is that there has not been a satisfactory end-to-end review or explanation of how these issues were not identified during the conveyancing process itself. I would strongly encourage anyone purchasing a leasehold property, particularly in a building with potential fire safety considerations, to ensure that all enquiries and freeholder responses are thoroughly reviewed and independently verified.
I have been dealing with Taylor rose regarding a remortgage and divorce payment. I can honestly say it’s been excellent. Paige Thomas who was my assigned solicitor was on the ball from day one with open communication and replied to all my question and dealt with my case quickly. Recommend 100%.

Me and my partner Jacob have recently purchased a new property and have just got to the exchange stage. I have been absolutely blown away by how amazing Harley Jaggard Jones has been and she’s looked after me and my partner so well throughout this process which can for some people be, complicated, daunting, and sometimes a lot can go a miss. Harley stepped in to pick up our matter after other circumstances arose and she has just been amazing throughout, how supportive she’s been, and how friendly she’s been to us. Harley has always gone through the strengths to make sure we were always kept in the loop and updated and be in hand to answer any questions. Harley I cannot praise you enough but I hope this will do!… The entire process has been straightforward and felt quite seamless which I know isn’t always the case. Ive just had to find out today from the selling agent, that I completed on a property purchase today that took over 6 months. We were forced into using Taylor Rose as they where on the lenders panel.. The amount of e mails and calls that went unanswered for weeks on end, and the extra charges to use a portal that for one , didn't work and secondly, we didn't want to use is disgusting. Even though the purchase was in joint names with my business partner emails were sent to one not another. Makes our local solicitors that we normally use for property purchases seem like a dream come true compared to this company. Avoid at all costs

Currently having an awful experience with Taylor Rose. My case was opened on April 15th after having my offer accepted on a flat. Now over 2 months and i am yet to hear anything from them!!! I have called several times asking to speak to my conveyancer, i have messaged on the portal, i have emailed several times to whom i thought was my conveyancer as suggested by the portal, only to receive a response 2 weeks ago saying that they in fact were not working my case. I have had zero contact and am at my wits end!!! Im hoping a bad review will finally get me noticed. Quite frankly the service is disgusting and i certainly would not recommend them.
