Having had bad experiences with Solicitors in the past, I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Brachers. Queries were dealt with professionally and timely, at no time were we left out of the loop - If I could only say the same about the Solicitors of the couple who purchased our property used. Tim was excellent in ensuring that we understood what was happening at all times and even chasing down the third party when they went MIA. Would not hesitate to use their services again when required!

I have had to go through a tricky negotiation with a number of dimensions to the legal process which were difficult to work through. Stephen Smith and his team carefully explained each process along the way so I could make informed decisions. Very unusually, they also worked hard to ensure the legal bill was minimised and unnecessary costs were eliminated. Highly rate, this professional and helpful team.

Tim was recommended by the estate agent selling my medieval property in Canterbury. Thank goodness they did! Tim was the perfect solicitor to deal with the challenges of what turned out to be a rather fraught sales process, particularly because of the age of the property and the over zealous and unreactive buyer's solictor. Tim dealt with all the issues, queries etc raised by their solicitor quickly and in a very friendly, efficient manner. Throughout the whole process, he was patient and reassuring which undoubtedly kept my stress levels in check! Tim gave an outstanding service and I can thoroughly recommend him!
