I needed a lawyer to prepare and submit an application for a Deed of Variation in order to limit further increases in ground rent on my leasehold property. Claire, Jasmine and the team were very responsive and helped make the process seamless for purchase of our new home. All went smoothly and they also took the time to explain further any items of the reports where we had queries on. At time we perhaps had what felt like a bit of time between email updates, by I don't think this is anything out of the ordinary or unexpected for this kind of transaction. We exchanged pretty efficiently after which Claire was able to secure a completion date for us that aligned better with our schedule in terms or moving in logistics, which was very helpful. Would use Amphlett Lissimore again in the future if we needed.
