Paige Velloo of Josiah Hincks Solicitors handled the sale and conveyancing of a property professionally and competently. What initially started as a normal sale soon morphed into a more complicated transaction as there was a purported charge on the property. Paige was kept very busy sorting out the complications and keeping everyone informed. Eventually it was all sorted out and Paige was able to finish the conveyancing and the property was sold. At all times Paige was very approachable, kept us informed, was professional in all her dealings with a very complicated transaction. Eventually everything was sorted out and the property was sold all thanks to the amazing teamwork at Josiah Hincks Solicitors. Our thanks go to Paige for her fortitude and dogged determination to see the sale complete on time. There were others to thank as the house sale formed part of probate, an amazing team at Josiah Hincks Solicitors who were truly exceptional and worked together to get results.

Assma went above and beyond visiting my mother in a care home to complete her power of attorney and will. She was patient, kind and very professional. When we asked if she could complete asap due to my mothers ill health, she literally worked very late and at a weekend to complete the process in a few days. Very impressed & would recommend.

Great service through a stressful process

Really happy with the service I received from Josiah Hincks for both my sale and purchase. It definitely wasn’t the easiest or most straightforward process and there were a few stressful moments along the way 😅, but I always felt I could ask questions, chase for updates when needed and get a response. Amazing and supportive!
