Jess and the whole team were great, I was able to contact jess on a direct number and if she was unable to take my call which only happened a couple of time if that, she rang me back immediately. Could not fault them at all. Best solicitors we have dealt with by far.

A poor experience with their conveyancing team. Unwilling to complete a fairly simple transaction within a 7 week deadline despite all other parties eager and ready to complete. Advising me to prepare to extend the process further. Refused to provide estimates of when they will complete their side of the work. Single line answers to emails with no empathy or consideration shown. Using COVID as an excuse to be as ambiguous as possible around their working practices. No explanation of the process or likely timeline. I suspect they are prioritising their most lucrative cases. Pricing is not particularly competitive either, so definitely a firm to skip.

Paricce completed the purchase of a property we bought in auction within the tight 14 day deadline. I was very happy with the whole process, in particular the reasonable fixed price quote with full break down and then being able to phone Paricce on her direct number to discuss anything throughout, Would certainly recommend and use again myself.
