I had some legal advice via video call from Camillia, her knowledge & help was excellent, I wasn't rushed, she explained everything clearly & I cannot recommend Camillia highly enough. I changed my Solicitors to Josiah Hincks a couple of years ago & have used their services for a sale, then a purchase of property & also their Will service. Very poor service from their property department. Allowed things to drift, failed to provide me with copies of searches, ignored emails.
I cannot recommend Chantelle highly enough for her outstanding support and expertise. From the very first consultation, Chantelle was professional, approachable, and tenacious in following my matter through to a successful conclusion. Confusing visit for elderly people in their 80s, and extortionate POA document fees and home vist charges without clarification. Incorrect advice given on visit and extremely rude after call service for direct family member involved with their clients and abrupt end of phone call after request for clarification.
