    A weight taken off our shoulders from day one!

    I cannot rate Sean McCormack and the wonderful Kevin Underwood too highly. We were very nervous and worried about becoming involved in any kind of legal encounter, but Kevin, who was very friendly and easy to talk to, calmed our nerves and explained everything to us extremely patiently and thoroughly and it became an easy decision for us to put our trust in him. After we "signed up", it was, for us, a doddle, as everything was arranged and submitted for us and we just sat back and let Talor Rose take care of all that needed to be done. We really appreciated the speed with which our queries - and everything else - was dealt with and very happy with the quick and excellent settlement of our claim. We paid nothing up front and just sat back and took receipt of our funds when everything was finalised. Thanks a million Sean, Kevin and all involved in looking after us so very well.

    Louise very kindly helped me with the basics of my query to help me understand whether it was worth making a claim without charging me a fee. I really appreciated the time she took to help me with some basic questions that most other firms wouldn’t help with without charging an extortionate fee.
