    I was supported by Morr and Co with a recent house sale and purchase. My the process was expertly handled and I was kept informed and well advised throughout the process. My purchasers threw in some difficult challenges - and these were were met and overcome. In respect of purchase, whilst seemingly straight forward, My lawyer paid great attention to detail ensuring that nothing was overlooked or left off the list of effects including the solar panels (which later turned out to be useful to me). I was able to meet face to face with my lawyer and and get good advice on all related matters.

    This was an incredibly bumpy sale with too many issues to list here. Jonathan negotiated our way through each problem keeping us informed and advised throughout. In spite of what our agent was telling us, Jonathan ensured we came through unscathed. He also managed to keep things moving when other parties seemed determined to make things as slow as possible.

    Having used Wheelers to for conveyancing on at least 8 previous occasions over the past 8 or 9 years and been very pleased with their professional service, I was extremely disappointed to find that after our latest sale fell through when the buyer pulled out within 3 weeks of instruction, I was charged £495 of the £500 upfront payment for 'works carried out in your abortive sale'. There was no breakdown of 'works' on the statement, just a seemimgly arbitrary cost of £400 + VAT plus £15 for disbursements. I shall sadly be looking elsewhere for future conveyancing of our holiday rental and buy to let portfolio.

      Would give 0 if I could. Poor communication by the firm, we weren’t direct clients of theirs but our buyers used this firm and the process got dragged along so much for incompetent solicitors (Nicole lush in this case) who would not respond to anyone (estate agents, our buyer, our solicitors..) but picked up the phone to our vendors solicitors who were frustrated with the delay and only as she probably didn’t know their number. On the day of exchange again no updates from her until close of end of the day. Absolute appalling service, our buyer has told us they wouldn’t recommend them to their worst enemy.

      Having reviewed this thoroughly, our understanding of the transaction and the services provided to our client differs materially from the account presented here. As you are not a client of our firm, we are limited in what we can say regarding this matter.
