Gabrielle was recommended to me for a sale of property which had a short lease, and I wasn't disappointed. Having had slow and unresponsive solicitors in the past, Gabrielle worked quickly and always kept me up to date. Her advice was very knowledgable as well. The sale, which had the potential to drag on for a few different reasons, was completed within 3 months of the place going up for sale.

Teaghan has been utterly fabulous overseeing the sale of both our properties and the purchase of our new house. She unfailingly kept us informed at all points by both calls and emails. Her communications were always clear and concise. We felt she really understands that this is can be an extremely stressful time for clients and was always respectful of this. We had some ‘challenging’ points of contention within the purchase chain and Teaghan dealt with these with complete professional patience and perseverance. A pleasure to deal with Teaghan and we would expressly request her assistance again for any conveyances.
