I have previously used Strike to buy and sell my first house and i was going to use them again this time, when buying my 2nd house. Another estate agent recommended Levi Solicitors and im so glad they did! Extremely easy, fast, nothing too much trouble. Paperwork came through all together and not all separately so it was easy to keep track of. When ringing, the phone is answered straight away and someone is always available to speak to. I was just really happy with the solicitors so thank you! It was actually not as stressful as previous times!!

My father's estate involved quite a lot of different investments and accounts, most of which were concluded reasonably quickly. However there were several accounts with Nat West which Andrew missed despite me handing him a complete list of all my father's accounts and investment, together with latest correspondence at our first meeting in February 2022. I had to remind Andrew of these and so they were followed up later than the rest and unfortunately proved to be the least forthcoming. The other accounts which were very difficult to resolve were with Aviva. There seemed to be a reluctance to chase these companies up in a proactive and timely way, more a case of "we'll see if we get anything back this week, and will chase next week if not ..." I eventually intervened and chased them myself, and received a small amount of compensation for their tardiness. Andrew was very helpful in reducing my IHT liability and his advice regarding the valuation of my Father's house. I should add that the conveyancing team were excellent and true to the quote regarding the cost. On the other hand Andrew's bill was more than double the quote at more than £16k, which was disappointing as I felt that I had needed to do a lot of the chasing, especially regarding the two companies mentioned above. In conclusion Andrew was very helpful, pleasant and reassuring to deal with and completely professional.

Myself, my brother and sister have had to sell our Mum's house to pay for her care in a nursing home. Both Hannah and Jozi, conveyancing assistants were understanding and helpful. However the only contact with the solicitor at Levi who was supposed to be handling the case was an introductory letter. We needed to complete within a twelve week period and we feel that this was only done because I followed up the case and pushed for this on a regular basis. Overall, we are satisfied with the service but feel that it would be good for the solicitor handling the case to at least telephone the clients.

Me & my wife needed to sort out our first will. So rather than going to see them they had a video call service, which was perfect for us and on a saturday Morning which helped. We dealt with Andrew who helped us though ever eventually of the will. When we went to sign the will Bethany was our contact and was so good with the extra questions we had. Got to say it was a great service. MOT.
