Michael Frape and Ross Strowger make a brilliant team in managing the most complex of disputes covering both commercial dispute resolution and associated employment aspects. They are both phenomenally good lawyers but working together as a team in the interests of their client they make a truly formidable pairing. Anybody experiencing a complex dispute should contact Michael and Ross to conduct their matter. My interests could not have been represented any better and I felt cared for and heard all the way through the dispute resolution process. Injury sustained at end of October 2021 and resolved August 2025 so it was a long haul. The solicitor was friendly. approachable and supportive throughout. I felt that his legal knowledge and expertise was brilliant and that I was in safe hands. I was never very clear about the communication channels between the loss adjuster, the third party appointed by the loss adjuster, the solicitor and myself but I think any difficulty there was more about a change in loss adjuster with new working practices to deal with. I do think it would be helpful to have a provisional timeline at the outset to enable clients to understand the process. The patient approach adopted by the solicitor allowed for the costs involved in a second operation to be included.

I came to Ashtons with a complex partnership dispute, and Michael Frape made all the difference. He is calm, clear and relentless, and he kept me steady through the stressful stretches by always explaining the reasoning behind his advice. Just sold a property with Ashton/Lauren acting on my behalf. Sale was a messy affair with buyer making demands, threats to pull out and at one stage just disappearing for few weeks. Lauren/Ashton legal kept me informed of all progress and managed to untie this knot of vipers. One of the most stand out feature is ease of access to communicate. I had email, office location and even phone number so any concerns could be sorted quickly and efficiently Lastly there was clear and direct communication between Ashton, estate agent and myself. Thank you too all staff at Ashton legal and to Lauren in particular. Ashtons have always granted the needed results and you bring credit to the firm.
