After 10 years chasing answers and justice, it still feels like it was refused and never delivered. Even solicitors can make mistakes, but apparently not these ones. My experience left me with the impression that Taylor Rose Solicitors serve their own kind before their clients.
After an unsuccessful experience with another firm, we were recommended Taylor Rose to deal with a marital matter. Gemma Hastewell dealt with it in an efficient and professional manner. Gemma responded to all the questions, calls and emails promptly and extensively. In a matter of a few weeks all the documents were completed to my satisfaction. Will definitely use this firm again.
I can’t recommend Taylor Rose highly enough. My divorce was difficult & prolonged, but Gemma acted quickly, efficiently & professionally throughout. I have been dealing with Taylor rose regarding a remortgage and divorce payment. I can honestly say it’s been excellent. Paige Thomas who was my assigned solicitor was on the ball from day one with open communication and replied to all my question and dealt with my case quickly. Recommend 100%.

Having been left in the lurch when my solicitor of another large firm suddenly left, I decided to go with Taylor Rose as they had so many good reviews. I wasn’t disappointed, the contrast was hugely different in a positive way. Paul Antoniou was keen to take over on my two cases. Whilst legal matters are never straight forward I found the whole journey with him to be productive and informative. He had a proactive approach and communicated very well at each stage of the process. I cannot recommend Paul and Taylor Rose enough. Thanks!

Gabrielle was recommended to me for a sale of property which had a short lease, and I wasn't disappointed. Having had slow and unresponsive solicitors in the past, Gabrielle worked quickly and always kept me up to date. Her advice was very knowledgable as well. The sale, which had the potential to drag on for a few different reasons, was completed within 3 months of the place going up for sale.

We used Taylor Rose to manage the purchase of our new home. Despite a lengthy chain, some false starts and bumps along the road the Taylor Rose team were amazing. Very supportive, happy to talk through challenges, quick to respond and professional. Natalie & Jaya in particular both went above and beyond to help us secure our new home. We would definately reccomend to others.
I used Taylor Rose for my flat purchase after my estate agent recommended them. Their quote was higher than others, but I paid extra hoping for a smooth experience. Unfortunately, the communication from my solicitor, Shairah, was disappointing: I was never able to speak with Shairah on the phone—not even once. Emails were consistently delayed, and some were ignored entirely. I found out completion had happened through my estate agent, not my solicitor. I am still waiting for an update on the Land Registry despite chasing multiple times. The purchase itself was relatively fast, but the complete lack of communication is unacceptable for the price charged. I would not recommend them.
