We got recommended Taylor Rose by our estate agent and we couldn’t be happier following the recommendation, the process of onboarding was seamless and the continuous communication throughout the process was really appreciated. A lot of other solicitors could take some learnings from the communication aspect of the process, as this made it as stress free as possible & we were never in the dark & responded to within a acceptable/respectable time frame. Malina Gupta

Myself and my daughter both used Taylor Rose simultaneously for our Wills and LPAs. Everything was completed well. The only reason that I have given 4 stars instead of 5, was that the service was inconsistent between myself and my daughter. For example, her document pack had helpful tabs to aid completion, whilst my pack didn't. I also received a copy of my Will, whereas my daughter had to chase for hers. As we did it together, we had the benefit of knowing the the good parts of each of our experience and putting them together to both our advantage. If this could be achieved consistently for all customers, then I would have easily given 5 stars.

I cannot recommend Malina enough! I previously had a really awful unprofessional experience with another solicitor and was then recommended Malina by my old neighbour. As soon as I went to the office it was so professional, understanding and exactly what I needed. I had my Will and two lasting power of attorney’s written up and from start to finish my experience was outstanding. Everything I needed was listened to, taken into account and managed accordingly. we had worked with Malina Gupta at Taylor Rose when my father was alive for Power of attorney documentation . My dad liked Malina and was impressed and he is hard to impress . When he sadly died suddenly the will was with them and Malina was our contact . Malina made such a difference she understood that as a daughter i was trying to fulfill his wishes . when i was upset and overwhelmed Malina remained a steady hand , always patient and kind whilst being professional. It took a long time over 3 years to get probate but during this time i always knew the next step and Malina always answered my questions kindly . We had some terrible times as a family with heartache during this time but felt cared for always. Malina remained a professional light during this process and as a family we will always be grateful . A thank you doesn’t seem enough but we will always be grateful and heartily recommend them as a company .
