I cannot recommend Chantelle highly enough for her outstanding support and expertise. I was advised to use this firm by a colleague, but unfortunately, my experience has not been satisfactory. I would strongly recommend ensuring that your case is not handled primarily by an intern, as this led to significant delays and unclear advice in my situation. While I appreciate the need for learning opportunities, the lack of communication and delayed responses to emails have been disappointing. I would appreciate it if someone from the firm could get in touch to discuss this further. Thank you. Further to this the firms only contact has been 6 months later - where they are threatening court action unless I pay for a service which I have no received? Totally unprofessional, and threatening. Do not use this law firm.

Wonderful service, extremely professional and attentive solicitors. They clarified my understanding of the law and how it applied to my circumstance. We also discussed additional avenues of action that I was unaware of prior to the session. Highly recommended.

We used Sanjeet to organise my late father’s Will and POW’s of attorney. My mother and I found sanjeet karla an excellent solicitor, very pleasant and totally put us at ease. She explained everything to us in a way that we understood as we are not legally minded people. We chose Josiah Hincks as we wanted a traditional, reliable, visible practice who are based locally to undertake our conveyancing. From the first contact we always had the option to speak with Paige and throughout the sale, as some information from other sources became patchy, Paige reliably established the actual situation and communicated the details promptly and effectively. The conclusion of the sale went exactly as described, even down to an e mail just before the exchange explaining what would happen that week. We are very grateful and we have already appointed Josiah Hincks for another conveyancing role.
