Trisha was recommended to us by Hortons who dealt with the sale of our property and we were very happy with the service we received on both the sale and the purchase of our new home. Trisha was very responsive and we felt 'in the loop' throughout the process. The day of exchange and completion was dealt with very efficiently which meant for a very smooth moving day for us. Trisha rang to confirm everything had gone through and congratulated us which was a nice touch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Josiah Hincks or use them again in the future :)

Elderly

Confusing visit for elderly people in their 80s, and extortionate POA document fees and home vist charges without clarification. Incorrect advice given on visit and extremely rude after call service for direct family member involved with their clients and abrupt end of phone call after request for clarification.
