Neelam Trikha managed a significant number of (often intractable) lease extensions on behalf of our freehold company over an extended period of time. I found her to be incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and persistent but most importantly personable which made Neelam a real pleasure to work with. William Marston-Llewellyn has been helping us for almost one year with our property roller coaster purchases and licence to alter. The first property we tried to purchase had some lease issues that he spotted and even if the estate agents where trying to push for the sale to go through he only cared about our legal safety. He is very meticoulous and if you choose him as your convenceyer you will be in good hands. I also wanted to day thank you to Kasra who has covered for him when he was on annual leave, very fast and effective work. No doubt we will be contacting William again if we need to do any other property purchases and we will be recommending him and the firm.

I was told by EVERYONE, it is impossible to exchange and complete within a 6 week period when selling a leasehold ex council flat. How wrong people were! Lisa was fabulous, her efficiency is incredible. I cannot recommend Lisa highly enough.

I cannot thank Joe Matthews conveyancing Execuctive enough for his outstanding support. Joe originally helped me purchase a lovely retirement home, and it was absolutely perfect for me. However, I later decided to move back to Jamaica, so I needed to sell the property while no longer living in the UK. Understandably, I was feeling very stressed about managing the sale from overseas, but Joe made the whole process so much easier. They kept me informed, explained everything clearly and concisely, and were always professional, patient and reassuring.
