From the very beginning, Beth was incredibly supportive and took the time to explain every stage of the process clearly and patiently. She was always happy to break down documents and explain anything I was unsure about, which gave me a great deal of confidence and reassurance during what can otherwise be a very stressful process. Her communication was outstanding. Emails and messages were responded to promptly, and I always felt that my questions were taken seriously and dealt with efficiently. The online portal was also extremely user-friendly and made it easy to keep track of documents, updates and progress throughout the purchase.
