I would recommend Morr & Co and especially Nicole Lush for the sale and purchase of your home. Nicole was professional and efficient but at the same time remained friendly throughout. I appreciated that I could call Nicole directly and on most occasions she would answer immediately. I would definitely use again.

REDHILL BRANCH: In an industry that can sometimes communicate a desensitised approach paticularly in larger organisations, it is praise indeed when the face of this company feels individual encompassing clients needs from the outset communicating a genuine desire to leave you feeling they have completed to a high standard. Holly Chantler clearly values and runs a supportive team and it shows. Sarah Coke is an absolute asset to the team, previous dealings with this company with Natalie Payne left us feeling the same. Kelly is someone who you are so glad has picked up your call as lovely to deal with (finance dept). Overall highly recommend 5*

We have been recommended Morr & Co by our mortgage advisor. What a find!! Corinne is flawless!! She is the best solicitor, very calm and experienced and understands the unspoken pressures in buying a property - the waiting game, the taxing on ones mental health, the mountain of paperwork. She is and was incredibly mindful to my mental health and, at no point did I ever feel I am bothering her. I even called her twice and she was so reassuring and empathetic to everything I was saying. We will recommend her to all our friends and family and we will continue to use her expertise for all our further purchases. If you ever have any doubt about instructing them, remember you get what you pay for. And, for the geeks out there, she even put together a property report before exchange, like 20 odd pages with EVERYTHING we needed to know. Like EVERYTHING you can think of. How cool is that!? Karim was extremely helpful in guiding us through our not so straightforward house purchase taking time to carefully explain anything less clear to enable us to make an informed decision. Thank you Karim!
Would give 0 if I could. Poor communication by the firm, we weren’t direct clients of theirs but our buyers used this firm and the process got dragged along so much for incompetent solicitors (Nicole lush in this case) who would not respond to anyone (estate agents, our buyer, our solicitors..) but picked up the phone to our vendors solicitors who were frustrated with the delay and only as she probably didn’t know their number. On the day of exchange again no updates from her until close of end of the day. Absolute appalling service, our buyer has told us they wouldn’t recommend them to their worst enemy.
Having reviewed this thoroughly, our understanding of the transaction and the services provided to our client differs materially from the account presented here. As you are not a client of our firm, we are limited in what we can say regarding this matter.
I needed a solicitor service in order to sign an employment agreement. Alice Nash went above and beyond, delivered the service first class, quickly, and explained me all legal terms in a simple understandable language. Thank you!
