I didn’t like that we had to pay an unexpected £999.00 fee at the final hour because our mortgage provider hadn’t sent through the funds to Levi that should’ve been sent. It would’ve been nicer for Levi’s to deal with taking that up with them directly rather than us having to take the hit, but other than that it was alright

I call this first the legal mortgage therapist. They are fast, approachable, accessible and more importantly respectful. I have dealt with Andrew Lancaster, Andrew Smith at the start and Jenna who have handled my case with a never seen before therapy approach. They are not bossy respectful and fast in their job and my mortgage took around six weeks from start to completion.

9 months prior to using Levi we had poor service from another set of solicitors while selling my mums unoccupied house. Very grateful to Team Wilson at Levi Solicitors. After my initial solicitors failed me, putting me into temporary homelessness, Levi’s were saviours. My offer was accepted in late January, my old solicitors took until July to perform searches and a few enquiries before grinding to a halt! I contacted Levi and they were my saviours. They answered the phone almost immediately, responded to emails within minutes, ensured I was part of all communication, liaised well with my estate agents, their work was thorough and was all in my best interest as a first time buyer. Very respectful staff, from the reception desk to my property lawyer. They were able to get my completion done before my mortgage offer deadline, which will have saved me hundreds in interest rates. Levi Solicitors carried out the conveyancing on my first house purchase (which was only made possible due to compensation from severe injuries incurred by a road traffic accident, but that's a whole other story.) Although it became complicated and lengthy when my lender required works to be carried out before releasing the funds, they took all the potential ball-ache out of the process and managed it brilliantly, even when the solicitor originally in charge of my case left the company; another team took care of it straight away and the transition was seamless. They did a fantastic job all round, and better still, they charged the exact price quoted at the start of the process with no hidden surcharges.

Extremely efficient and professional service received from Levi Solicitors. Gillian and Sarah were brilliant with my recent house purchase. Thank you both very much!
