Rachel helped me and my children when my children were removed due to NAI. Although we had a pool finding Rachel suggested to the court the resolutions assessment which led to the LA conducting a risk assessment of myself and I am now looking to work with a local family team and my children will be returned. Without Rachel and Ilke this would never be possible, their expertise are out of this world and nothing has ever been too much for either of them. Whether that is answering phone calls early morning to me panicking or emailing me back late nights on weekends to reassure me. Rachel has listened to every worry I have (and there’s been a lot) and reassured me time and time again. I can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done for my family. I have been with Wollens for some time now during child arrangement proceedings but only worked with Amelia for the past year or so now. Wollens have been absolutely fantastic during the entire case but my experience working with Amelia has been exceptional. Nadia Irwin at Wollens is some kind of superhero in disguise. I am a first time buyer in my 40s and whilst getting all of our information together was a breeze, unfortunately the vendors solicitors were nowhere near as efficient or organised which caused us weeks of headaches. Nadia was amazing though and kept me up to date every step of the way and really fought my corner against the vendors solicitors who were just totally unreasonable. Before I appointed a solicitor for my purchase, everyone told me that I wouldn't have a good experience and that whoever I chose would be hard work and that I would need to constantly push for results, but it couldn't have been further from the truth. If you are looking for a friendly, professional and efficient solicitor with great communication for your house purchase/sale then look no further.

When we first contacted Liz with the issue before us, it was pretty daunting, but we were convinced that something had to be done, especially when the health authority didn't acknowledge any "learning" from their investigations, and as such, others could experience similar problems when in their care. Liz put us at ease from that first contact and it was like discussing the situation with an old friend, albeit in this case a very knowledgeable old friend.
