    Very slow and unresponsive

    Nat West appointed T'Rose (Vitalyia Sydorenko). From the outset, service was slow to complete the necessary work and communication reagrding the involvement of a lawyer was conffused. Nat West washed their hands of the matter, despite appointing T'Rose.

    Ripped off

    The solicitor went awol the day before completion. So had to change date last minute which incurred costs. On final invoices there were duplicate items just reworded and there were surprise items that I hadn’t agreed to. Would advise looking elsewhere for a better service!
