We were faced with the need to resolve a particularly complex lease surrender whilst also negotiating a new lease with a professional landlord who's legal representative was somewhat inflexible. Although the long drawn out process of negotiations was far more tortuous than necessary we are most grateful to Emily for her excellent management of the entire legal processes from start to finish, for bringing clarity to the complexities and for providing a true 'hand-holding' service.

I received a severance offer from my employer in advance of retirement and that required the appointment of my own solicitor to ensure that all of the terms and conditions within the offer were fully understood prior to acceptance, to fully protect my own and my employer's interests.

Judith gave me very sound written and verbal legal advice. Even though I have a legal background, she was very upfront with her advice and was unassuming. She pointed out the ramifications and risks of not ensuring some of the clauses in the agreement were properly drafted. She then went of to re-draft them. I was pleased I chose CWJ solicitors even though there were others on my high street.

Although CWJ has a good reputation when I made minor changes to my Will it has not been straightforward.It took longer than I thought ( due to staff holiday) and was charged upfront a fee without explanation that I should not have paid.Was successfully sorted out at the end.
