Moving may be a headache , but Sam at Setfords is your aspirin!
I used Setfords for my divorce, will update and I was further recommended Sam Laker as a convancy solicitor for my new ‘Home’. I purchased post divorce. Sam was not only professional, but she was understanding and supportive though out the purchase of my flat, understanding how stressful things had been and making things as smooth as she could. Once the leasehold was purchased, I then employed Sam further to extend the leasehold extension. With an outdated lease, being offered, there was considerable work needing to be done, and with the other side using a trainee, some times the work was extremely tedious and took a lot longer than it should have through no fault of Sam’s, however, Sam pushed for the correct information when it wasn’t right, to ensure that I had the most accurate data to match today’s laws. . Sam is meticulous in her work and made sure that everything was done properly. She explained in layman’s terms when I needed help understanding legal terminology and was always avalible to discuss things if need be. I have a huge respect for all the Setford professionals I have used in the past 3 years and would definitely recommend to anyone. There system uses high tec security, everything is easy to understand and easy to use. So I was never worried about that side of things. Everything was dealt with in the most professional manner possible.
