I recently sold my flat in Bromley while living overseas (USA). Setfords and specifically Sara William Audisho was recommended to handle the sale. I can highly recommend Sara. She made the long distance process straightforward and it went exactly as she advised.

Really helpful from start to finish, made the entire process as a FTB stress free
Laura was incredibly helpful and reassuring when we bought and sold. She was able to calmly relieve any concerns and offered sound advice. We really enjoyed working with her, and Carol who filled in while Laura was away. Both solicitors were immensely helpful in guiding us through what can be a stressful life event.
