I honestly can't thank my family solicitor enough for everything she did for me. Going through a family matter was one of the most difficult times in my life, but from the very beginning she made me feel listened to, supported, and reassured. Jodi took over my case in what was a highly contentious divorce. Previously, the case was at deadlock and it didn't help that there were complex conditions to be considered. However, Jodi hit the ground running and was solution focused to help both parties reach settlement in a case which appeared to be heading for a final hearing. She was able to disarm all parties involved, remained firm in her correspondence and led the charge to settle differences by thinking outside the box. In the end this made the difference to achieve settlement and I am grateful it was achieved. Thank you Jodi.

I would avoid this company, the family department in family court will represent lies and not factual situations when evidence is provided and play very tactical and misleading games. That goes for claire higham and her team Avoid

Avoid Avoid Avoid!... yes I googled for the best solicitors I could find after I needed a solicitor i could trust while divorcing my now ex wife! Who comes to my rescue... Aaron Williams, the only person I know that's lies more than my beloved ex... I've had to beg him to reply to emails.. phone calls... whatsapp messages, the man lied to me regarding sending documents to the court... which delayed my life!... yes I then reached out to him one last time copying several of the slaterheelis partners... who comes to my rescue... Mark Heptinstall, Aaron's leader.... as important as you think your life is... never ever think this guy is in your corner!... after admitting there was an internal investigation on Aaron which he clearly told me Aaron was at fault and had not fully given me full important information, and lied about sending the consent order to the court... he was worse to contact, always someone else is more important..because of this key dates were missed..which led to an ugly confrontation with my ex... he then gives me a large bill to pay for ASAP... but no explanation as to what it was for.... only when I confronted him he told me he would do no more work until it was paid...he states i refused to pay, when in actual fact I did not know what I was paying for!...no itemised bill at this point!...(just another lie)... oh, and his fee was over £100 more than Aaron’s, yes he back tracked on the fee, but only after i questioned this. I'm now back on medication for depression, this is nothing to do with my cheating ex that took me for a considerable amount of money... but these two individuals that clearly are the modern day dickturpins.... save yourself the same stress i unfortunately endured and avoid. I've explained to Mark Heptinstall I was to go through the complaints procedure with Slater Heelis then the ombudsman, his reply was i can do as i like...now that comment hurt!!....seems he's a man can clearly sleep well at night.... and to finish the review.... i ended up finishing my case on my own contacting my ex's solicitor... it took one day!... for any other Slaterheelis partners that may care..... I'm happy to forward all emails and messages!

I cannot thank Anthony Le enough! I had a matter where I had a dispute with my previous solicitors (over costs....) and they came up with a Court judgement against me, served me a statutory demand, and was going for bankruptcy petition against me. I contacted Slater Heelis and Anthony Le took on the matter. He thoroughly went through the whole case pointing out things that were not right in the way the said judgment was obtained in the first place, and the way the statutory demand was served, etc. Anthony worked tirelessly day and night in the matter, as I sometimes received emails after the usual work hours. Long story short, we had two hearings. One was only 15 minutes due to the Court not having enough time. The second and final hearing the Judge commended Anthony Le's argument saying it was a very good argument! He also stated that Anthony had given his client (me) a Rolls-Royce Service. The Judge then ordered that the judgment should be set aside, the claim struck out, the bankruptcy petition be dismissed, and Statutory demand set aside. And he ordered the order side to pay 75% of my total cost. What a win!! I cannot thank Anthony Le enough!
