I was daunted after receiving a speeding ticket,penalty points and a hefty fine. I was out of the UK for a number of months. On my return I received post advising me of the decision a court had made. Rachel came to my aid. I was daunted and worried dealing with Courts. Rachel was a joy and a pleasure to deal with. She understood my concerns and fear. Her handling of my situation was comforting. was a car crash experience from beginning to end Sarah Rowe took on my case and then failed to speak or provide any advice until the point i complained the day prior to my hearing. Truly shocking conduct leading to the hearing being adjourned.

From the off this company were both professional and courteous in all that they did, however and whilst conducting this approach, they were still able at the same time to make you feel valued and put you at ease. It would be remiss of me not to single out Rachael McGuire, who dealt with all our needs whilst selling our property. She kept us fully informed throughout. She was happy to see you in person or via calls or emails and nothing was too much trouble for her. When required, she took her time and explained things that we did not fully understand and then followed this up with us. I believe that Rachel went above and beyond, is very committed to her position and is a credit to the company and she fully encompasses what they are about. Thank you Mr and Mrs Palmer

Don't get back to you after many calls and emails, no updates they've lost documents and then asked for another payment to get the same document made!!! Avoid Avoid!! when you complain, they stop acting on behalf of you!!! Nottingham branch and Derby branch
