Simon and Laura were nothing short of amazing in how they managed my case. The situation that bought me to their door was one which put me in a position of vulnerability, both physically and, having not used solicitors to any degree in the past, academically too. Despite this, they treated me with respect, understanding and care, and never did I doubt I was in the best hands. I can safely say that having them in my corner made a very difficult process sooo much easier. Their professionalism, respect, transparency and communication was nothing short of brilliant. I felt guided by them both, whilst also listened to and my opinion, and view, trusted. The balance was truly perfect. I feel very grateful to my former self for snapping them both up as my solicitors, and lucky that you were able to take the case. Although Personal Injury claims cant undo long term damage to health, wellbeing or careers, the settlement that Laura and Simon fought hard for me to get has now provided me with the gift of options and choice in how I move forward, and that really is incredible after a long journey.
