I was daunted after receiving a speeding ticket,penalty points and a hefty fine. I was out of the UK for a number of months. On my return I received post advising me of the decision a court had made. Rachel came to my aid. I was daunted and worried dealing with Courts. Rachel was a joy and a pleasure to deal with. She understood my concerns and fear. Her handling of my situation was comforting. was a car crash experience from beginning to end Sarah Rowe took on my case and then failed to speak or provide any advice until the point i complained the day prior to my hearing. Truly shocking conduct leading to the hearing being adjourned.

My partner and I have just moved into our first home together. We went with Sills & Betteridge as a family member recommended them to us. Team Amy has been absolutely amazing from start to finish- we’ve always been kept in the loop, the team have chased things when needed and they’ve also answered any of our questions so promptly. It took 7 weeks from offer to completion and this is down to the work of the conveyancing team.

My partner and I bought our previous house with Sills and Betteridge and having had a very positive experience it made sense to use them again. Tiffany and Dawn in the Scunthorpe office handled our sale and purchase and as previously did it in a very competent and thorough manner. We found them responsive and well organised in contrast to the experience of others with their legal representation in the chain. Tiffany is very good at looking at all the potential pitfalls in moving to a new estate in a new area, such as estate fees. Without doubt we would use them again ad recommend them to others.

Don't get back to you after many calls and emails, no updates they've lost documents and then asked for another payment to get the same document made!!! Avoid Avoid!! when you complain, they stop acting on behalf of you!!! Nottingham branch and Derby branch
