I was daunted after receiving a speeding ticket,penalty points and a hefty fine. I was out of the UK for a number of months. On my return I received post advising me of the decision a court had made. Rachel came to my aid. I was daunted and worried dealing with Courts. Rachel was a joy and a pleasure to deal with. She understood my concerns and fear. Her handling of my situation was comforting. was a car crash experience from beginning to end Sarah Rowe took on my case and then failed to speak or provide any advice until the point i complained the day prior to my hearing. Truly shocking conduct leading to the hearing being adjourned.

Zoe and her team have now helped me on three separate sales/purchases of a property. Every time her communication has been amazing, and the level of service received is 10/10. You hear of a lot of horror stories in conveyancing but rest assured if you’re thinking of using Zoe and Sills, then I can’t recommend her highly enough. Thanks again Zoe, I’m sure we’ll work together again in the near future!

Don't get back to you after many calls and emails, no updates they've lost documents and then asked for another payment to get the same document made!!! Avoid Avoid!! when you complain, they stop acting on behalf of you!!! Nottingham branch and Derby branch
