We were recommended Evette by a friend, and she was fantastic throughout our entire home-buying process. She was incredibly thorough and communicated exceptionally well from start to finish. Unfortunately, our move was delayed due to unforeseen issues with the Land Registry. While we ideally would have liked to move in a lot earlier, this was entirely out of Evette's control. What we appreciated most was how she kept us completely in the loop, clearly explaining the issues as they arose so we never felt left in the dark. Despite the external delays, her service was excellent and we would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great conveyancer.

Jessica and Sasha at Setfords were excellent at dealing with all aspects of the legal work associated with our recent house sales process. I cannot recommend Sonal Rabheru highly enough. From start to finish, she has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Property transactions can be stressful at the best of times, and I’ll happily admit that I can be quite demanding and like things pushed along as quickly as possible. Awful experience so far. Nearly a year of back and forth and still no completion of property. Paperwork isnt being checked, errors and mistakes that could cause risk to me later that ive had to point out by having someone else check the paperwork thoroughly. Unfortunatly i dont have a choice and stuck with them. They dont care.. you have to chase for responses, not accountability for mistakes theyve made etc. Caused so muxh delay that whikst not all their fault they have contributed. Please avoid if you deserve better service. Will update my review with names etc at a later stage.
Aga Scott did our conveyance and was superb. She was very efficient, dealt with queries quickly, gave us clear guidance and answers. i would totally recommend her. Perfect.

Used Michael Compton for what should have been a very simple service for an extraordinary cost compared to others solicitors. I heard nothing from him for a month despite repeated chasing, no work was carried out on my behalf and he significantly delayed the process causing what was already a very stressful time, even more stressful. Avoid.
