Sharon brings calm to the chaos of moving
Moving is, they say, one of the most stressful experiences of your life. Naively, we thought we’d be okay as we had a very small chain and we’d been through the process a few times before in the past. We were wrong. The world of house buying has moved on in the last decade and we were not equipped to deal with the chaos that was about to rain down on our heads. Enter Sharon and calm was restored. She is professional, a great communicator and utterly calm in the face of what continually feels like impending doom and disaster when you are trying to buy a house and sell your house to fund it. No question is too daft (I know because I asked them all) and each was answered with the same patience and professionalism. Sharon led us through the process step by step and was quick to respond to any queries or concerns along the way. When it came to signing documents, she was at the end of the phone to guide us through it and help this Luddite work out what I’d done wrong! If you are looking to move house, you need Sharon in your life (or at least your contact list!) Thank you Sharon for making what could have been a really stressful life event more straightforward and easy to navigate.
