Kim was extremely helpful in guiding us through the conveyancing process and keeping us up-to-date. She impressed as being very knowledgeable and was always easy to approach. Kim always answered telephone calls and emails promptly. She was very thorough and kept chasing our seller's solicitors who were slow in responding to requests for information. I cannot recommend Sonal Rabheru highly enough. From start to finish, she has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. It's difficult to put into words just how exceptional Jacqueline Batchelor is. The care, dedication and reassurance she gave us throughout our home purchase went far beyond what we ever expected, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, Jacqueline took the time to understand what was important to us and treated our purchase as if it were her own. As first-time buyers, we naturally had lots of questions, but she was always available to help, explaining everything clearly and making sure we felt informed and confident throughout the process. Awful experience so far. Nearly a year of back and forth and still no completion of property. Paperwork isnt being checked, errors and mistakes that could cause risk to me later that ive had to point out by having someone else check the paperwork thoroughly. Unfortunatly i dont have a choice and stuck with them. They dont care.. you have to chase for responses, not accountability for mistakes theyve made etc. Caused so muxh delay that whikst not all their fault they have contributed. Please avoid if you deserve better service. Will update my review with names etc at a later stage.

Sonia was with us on a 18 month journey which saw 5 house sales fall through due to certain planing conditions not been adhered by the owners or right of way on a property own driveway and numerous other issues that saw properties fall by the wayside but we have now moved this sale was completed within a 12 week period all has ended for the best.

I am currently still going through the court process for a driving offence but I cannot speak highly enough of Setfords in particular my solicitor Richard Hull. From Day 1 of speaking to him to where the process is now Richard has been clear, concise and most importantly reassuring about the whole process breaking down and explaining everything to me in detail at every step we get to. I have been an emotional wreck at times throughout and at all times Richard is a natural at calming me by simply explaining everything in a way I am able to understand and process. I still have a way to go but would absolutely not be who I am in this process if it wasn’t for Richard. I cannot recommend Setfords and Richard enough.

Used Michael Compton for what should have been a very simple service for an extraordinary cost compared to others solicitors. I heard nothing from him for a month despite repeated chasing, no work was carried out on my behalf and he significantly delayed the process causing what was already a very stressful time, even more stressful. Avoid.
