One of the best supporting solicitors I have come across, Naomi my solicitor and my new PA Sarah, have been through an emotional journey with me and have just been so amazing.
I have recently had a accident at work claim with a former employer and Michael Tunnicliffe took on the case. Such an incredible experience from start to finish, he explained every detail of the process, nothing was ever an issue and went above and beyond. He made everything as clear and straight forward as it could be and was never in the dark about any process. He did not leave a stone unturned either and did everything he could possibly do to ensure a positive outcome. I couldn't thank Mr Tunnicliffe enough and would highly recommend to anyone, very knowledgeable patient and understanding.

Keeley assisted my employment law query regarding redundancy. She was so helpful and had a real in depth knowledge on the case.
Thousands spent and got nowhere with my case, did 1 hearing on my own after i stopped using them and got further than with these at all previous hearings combined. Hounds you for payments and refuses to continue work if you don't pay beforehand or on time despite me explaining my money situation and when my pay days are. Delegates the work and then adds extra hours onto "time spent at court" and god knows what else. Even charged me for a phone call making a complaint to to them about the services provided. So for those reasons i would not recommend

Amazing service with a fantastic team handling my case in a branch close to where I live, Dawn and Tiffany were very helpful being always available for calls and emails about anything I needed to know and keeping me up to date with the case. I contacted the Mediation Service on behalf of a Client. My questions were answered with clarity and my Client was able to speak to the Legal Adviser who informed him of the process. The clear and concise information enabled my Client to agree to Mediation. The Legal Adviser also sent an email with all the information required to reassure and confirm the procedure. We were dealt with politely and respectfully throughout the call and had no doubts as to the next steps. An anxious Client left the office in a positive state of mind following our contact with the Mediation Service.
