Excellent! Deborah is brilliant!

I had instructed Sills & Betteridge for my husbands first UK Spouse Visa. From the first meeting with Deborah right up until the successful email I have felt nothing but support, warmth and total guidance. I found Deborah to be very professional and knowledgeable. She helped work through the process very well, although and this is probably because she is used to dealing with non-English speaking people, she was a little too directive and controlling.

Administration of my late father's will

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Alistair for his professionalism and support in administering my late father's estate. The administration of the will was not always straightforward and there were several challenges along the way, resulting in what was at times a lengthy and complex process. However, when Alistair took over the matter from the original solicitor, he quickly demonstrated a clear understanding of the case and worked diligently to bring the administration to a successful conclusion. Throughout, Alistair was professional, approachable, and responsive, keeping me informed and providing clear advice whenever needed. His calm and pragmatic approach helped navigate a number of difficulties and gave me confidence that the matter was progressing towards resolution. Losing a parent is never easy, and dealing with estate administration can add further stress at an already difficult time. I am grateful for Alistair's dedication and commitment in ensuring the estate was finalised properly. Don't get back to you after many calls and emails, no updates they've lost documents and then asked for another payment to get the same document made!!! Avoid Avoid!! when you complain, they stop acting on behalf of you!!! Nottingham branch and Derby branch
