Divorce
Jodi took over my case in what was a highly contentious divorce. Previously, the case was at deadlock and it didn't help that there were complex conditions to be considered. However, Jodi hit the ground running and was solution focused to help both parties reach settlement in a case which appeared to be heading for a final hearing. She was able to disarm all parties involved, remained firm in her correspondence and led the charge to settle differences by thinking outside the box. In the end this made the difference to achieve settlement and I am grateful it was achieved. Thank you Jodi.
