Sills and Betteridge is a fantastic organisation who have raised money in support of a local charity very close to my heart. They really do care for people and community and this was also telling in the service I received. Danielle was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. She communicated well and gave me plenty of opportunity to speak and ask questions. I would rate the service I received a 10 out of 10 and will not hesitate to use their service again for any legal matters. It was totally stress free!

Sills and Betteridge did provide us with very good service. There was one point however where the communication could have been better as we didn't hear anything for two weeks right after Christmas. I perfectly understand that we are all busy but maybe a quick call/email just to say "all going as planned" or words to that effect. Also, stop with the "legalese" speak, "purchase matter" etc, more plain English would be good. I have to say that Zoe and her team were excellent in what looked like a complicated purchase, however here we are. Thank you to Zoe and her team.

Would not recommend. These were acting for my buyer, pushed him not to buy due to an unadopted road (after 5 months) they knew this information in the first month!!! There are over 40,000 unadopted roads in the UK and I had an indemnity policy that I was willing to transfer and pay the cost. Thanks, you have wasted 5 months of my time and thousands of pounds.

My experience only went as far as a MIAM unfortunately however I found Daniel Priest to be extremely informative during this session . Sadly this didn’t progress to mediation however this is no reflection on Daniel and colleagues . I found communications to be very good and I would strongly recommend using their services !
Sills & Betteridge have been a huge help, particularly Carrie-Ann Randall-Hunt who arranged an appointment with me the same day as requested, went through everything clearly and instantly put my mind at ease during a particularly stressful time. Would highly recommend.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Alistair for his professionalism and support in administering my late father's estate. The administration of the will was not always straightforward and there were several challenges along the way, resulting in what was at times a lengthy and complex process. However, when Alistair took over the matter from the original solicitor, he quickly demonstrated a clear understanding of the case and worked diligently to bring the administration to a successful conclusion. Throughout, Alistair was professional, approachable, and responsive, keeping me informed and providing clear advice whenever needed. His calm and pragmatic approach helped navigate a number of difficulties and gave me confidence that the matter was progressing towards resolution. Losing a parent is never easy, and dealing with estate administration can add further stress at an already difficult time. Don't get back to you after many calls and emails, no updates they've lost documents and then asked for another payment to get the same document made!!! Avoid Avoid!! when you complain, they stop acting on behalf of you!!! Nottingham branch and Derby branch
