I was unable to add another lawyer s name. Both Laura, who handled the sale of my house and Olivia on the purchase kept us informed of what was going on. I know they both faced problems and frustrations during the process but even with a late exchange of contacts we completed on the desired date. Altogether we were happy with your service ( not moved for 50yrs so out of touch with conveyancing)
Laura was brilliant from start to finish for our sale and purchase. In what was no doubt a busy and stressful time for everyone, Laura remained reachable and kept us regularly updated with progress from both sides, and worked hard to get it over the line before the SDLT changes. We’d definitely use Laura again!

From start to finish Laura Higgins and her team were excellent. Quick to reply to everything and handled delicate negotiations professionally and skillfully to bring about a good sale of the property. We will return to Myersons to get our wills update too.
