I recently had an initial consultation with Suzanne regarding a solicitor negligence matter. Her advice was clear, thorough, and very reassuring. I have happily used many different solicitors over the years. But Myerson has been a very regrettable experience, they have succeeded in maximising their fees without a doubt. Despite many attempts by me to instruct them to cap at a ceratain figure. Instead they have cracked on and maximised their bill. I have neither the energy nor patience to argue with them so have paid them and will remember them as being very manipulative when it comes to their bill. I certainly wouldnt use them again and hope this review may encourage others to think carefully

Incorrect advice was given to an elderly man by a solicitor when producing his will resulting in the loss of half the value of his estate on his death. As my role of executor I appointed Suzanne and her team to pursue a professional negligence claim against the practice of solicitors who provided the advice. The letters and arguments presented by Suzanne and her team over 2.5 years were beautifully crafted resulting in the eventual recovery of a substantial amount of the lost assets. I cannot praise the team enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use again in a similar situation.

Avoid this firm at all costs. I initially approached them in a vulnerable situation and put money on account for them to deal with my case. The solicitor sealing with my matter then left the firm... And they ate through that money and racked up double the amount to tell me they thought I now didn't have a case! I contested this bill and advice. A new solicitor not only stuck by the original advice but with them I was very successful in my matter. Myersons, in spite of my vulnerability, proceeded to sue me and got a CCJ against me which I am fighting. I feel bullied and harassed and am taking further action. They have made a difficult situation infinitely worse. I am not surprised there are other negative reviews.
