We were recommended this firm to help contest a family will and could not be happier with the service we required. We were fully advised and supported throughout the long ordeal (delays caused by the opposing side and banking crashes). We were allowed to make our own decisions and advised fully about all pro’s and cons and support was always on hand when the legal terms were confusing. As a family we thank the team for all their time and a successful outcome. In the nicest possible way though I hope we never have to deal with the firm again regarding and will - make sure your will is clear no matter what the situation to prevent anyone having to spend money in challenges etc.

My sister and I (trustee's) were faced with the daunting task of trying to resolve a number of legal and tax issues with our nephews trust fund. Despite this taking over a year to resolve, due in the main to HMRC delays in responding we have now finalised all matters satisfactorily. I found Hannah and the team to be most professional and helpful at all times, and really value the service and advice they provided. We simply couldn't have done this without them, and they took the stress out of it for us. Thanks guys.

My experience with Myerson was excellent plus communication was brilliant. My case was a tough one to say the least. I was battling my father's wife for provision of the 1975 Act. My case was out of time by a few months. Fortunately I had Nicola Moulds and her team standing firm with me. My case was put in front of a judge and I was allowed to proceed with my claim. I found Nicola to be very professional and compassionate. I do believe without her my case would have failed. I highly recommend anyone who is going through the same problems to contact Myerson and ask to speak to Nicola Moulds. She's a fighter and very knowledgeable on the law. I would like to say a big thank you to Nicola and her team for fighting for me and the compassion you should me. You've given my family a chance to rebuild our lives.
