I was anxious about a hearing I was to have. Jessica and Katie put me at ease from the very beginning and made the ordeal a whole lot more palatable. I shudder to think how I would have gotten on without Jessica carrying the ball in front of the justices. I contacted the Mediation Service on behalf of a Client. My questions were answered with clarity and my Client was able to speak to the Legal Adviser who informed him of the process. The clear and concise information enabled my Client to agree to Mediation. The Legal Adviser also sent an email with all the information required to reassure and confirm the procedure. We were dealt with politely and respectfully throughout the call and had no doubts as to the next steps. An anxious Client left the office in a positive state of mind following our contact with the Mediation Service.
