Liam did a very professional job and put my wife and myself at ease on our first visit and kept us informed every step of the way and when we came in to sign our wills he went through and explained everything and made sure that we understood everything before signing them. Having dealt with Slater Heelis for many years in relation to wills and trusts I automatically turned to the company when I needed to make several Deeds of Gift. Throughout the, sometimes complicated, matters were dealt with courteously and efficiently by Megan McMahon and that included helpful advice. I initially chose Slater Heelis because I required an out of region firm to ensure complete impartiality. They also came highly recommended by the National Autistic Society and they completely lived up to that recommendation. My solicitor, Hannah, operated with the utmost professionalism throughout. She was incredibly direct and clear in her communication and at no point did I ever feel judged, which made a difficult situation much easier to navigate. When it came to defending my case, Hannah left no stone unturned and handled it with absolute precision. Hannah was also remarkably quick to respond when an email from a serving police whistleblower came through over a weekend, ensuring the critical breakthrough was handled immediately. Not only was my case fully resolved with a NFA outcome, but the support went above and beyond standard legal defense. Upon conclusion, I was provided me with a clear chronology of events specifically designed to assist me in launching a formal complaint against the police. I am incredibly grateful for the quality of representation that I have received.
