From the off this company were both professional and courteous in all that they did, however and whilst conducting this approach, they were still able at the same time to make you feel valued and put you at ease. It would be remiss of me not to single out Rachael McGuire, who dealt with all our needs whilst selling our property. She kept us fully informed throughout. She was happy to see you in person or via calls or emails and nothing was too much trouble for her. When required, she took her time and explained things that we did not fully understand and then followed this up with us. Zoe and her team have now helped me on three separate sales/purchases of a property. Every time her communication has been amazing, and the level of service received is 10/10. You hear of a lot of horror stories in conveyancing but rest assured if you’re thinking of using Zoe and Sills, then I can’t recommend her highly enough. My partner and I have just moved into our first home together. We went with Sills & Betteridge as a family member recommended them to us. Team Amy has been absolutely amazing from start to finish- we’ve always been kept in the loop, the team have chased things when needed and they’ve also answered any of our questions so promptly. My partner and I bought our previous house with Sills and Betteridge and having had a very positive experience it made sense to use them again. Tiffany and Dawn in the Scunthorpe office handled our sale and purchase and as previously did it in a very competent and thorough manner. We found them responsive and well organised in contrast to the experience of others with their legal representation in the chain. Tiffany is very good at looking at all the potential pitfalls in moving to a new estate in a new area, such as estate fees. Without doubt we would use them again ad recommend them to others.
