Sills & Betteridge was recommended to me to use for a claim against a former employer, and from day one I was pleased with the information coming back to me from Simon Breedon. My claim was almost at the point of missing the deadline of 3 years, but Simon went out of his way to make sure that he would do everything in his power to make sure the deadline would be met. And I have to say after a very long time and circumstances that was not in his control the firm managed to get me a result which was satisfactory for me. And I would most certainly recommend Sills & Betteridge to other to use.

Couldn't rate the service high enough. From start to finish, Melanie and her team were great and thoroughly explained the process. The agreement wasn't straight forward and required some back and forth, this was no issue for team and everything with resolved and settled quickly.

One of the best supporting solicitors I have come across, Naomi my solicitor and my new PA Sarah, have been through an emotional journey with me and have just been so amazing.
I have recently had a accident at work claim with a former employer and Michael Tunnicliffe took on the case. Such an incredible experience from start to finish, he explained every detail of the process, nothing was ever an issue and went above and beyond. He made everything as clear and straight forward as it could be and was never in the dark about any process. He did not leave a stone unturned either and did everything he could possibly do to ensure a positive outcome. I couldn't thank Mr Tunnicliffe enough and would highly recommend to anyone, very knowledgeable patient and understanding.

Keeley assisted my employment law query regarding redundancy. She was so helpful and had a real in depth knowledge on the case.
Thousands spent and got nowhere with my case, did 1 hearing on my own after i stopped using them and got further than with these at all previous hearings combined. Hounds you for payments and refuses to continue work if you don't pay beforehand or on time despite me explaining my money situation and when my pay days are. Delegates the work and then adds extra hours onto "time spent at court" and god knows what else. Even charged me for a phone call making a complaint to to them about the services provided. So for those reasons i would not recommend

From the off this company were both professional and courteous in all that they did, however and whilst conducting this approach, they were still able at the same time to make you feel valued and put you at ease. It would be remiss of me not to single out Rachael McGuire, who dealt with all our needs whilst selling our property. She kept us fully informed throughout. She was happy to see you in person or via calls or emails and nothing was too much trouble for her. When required, she took her time and explained things that we did not fully understand and then followed this up with us.
