Richard and the team at Myerson were excellent. They guided me through a relatively complex legal situation and weren't afraid to admit when they needed to bring in other divisors to offer the best guidance which I appreciated. It was all done efficiently and for a fair price. A great experience.

My Google Review Beware of this company and especially beware of Richard Wolfe. Beware of the statements made by this company. "The relationship with our clients is of paramount importance to us" This simply is not true. This company is about high billing for everything. I have even seen time billed in the middle of the night. Insane. The experience I have seen is nothing like the claims made by the marketing department on their website. Another good one..."We develop friendships with our clients" This is not true if there is a tough conversation to be had !! In Richard Wolfes case it should read "Abandon my clients and not ever return their calls" I still await a call back from last August despite politely asking for an explanation as to why he abandoned his post. This is not isolated and there are a number of us who have suffered due to Richard Wolfes actions. We have never had a call from a senior partner. Never had an explanation.

Myerson Solicitors helped me retrieve 50K compensation from FSCS over poor financial advice I had received with regards to my pension. I received professional and efficient service throughout the process. All my calls and emails were responded to promptly. They explained everything in an understandable manner for someone who is not in legal or financial profession. I was going to use Myerson Solicitors on a no win no fee basis. They advised me against it as they thought I will be paying a lot more and I have a reasonable chance for a successful outcome. They were absolutely right and I am glad that I trusted them. Myerson Solicitors were recommended to me by a friend and I am happy to put a good word out for them. Brilliant service.

My French company, an international textiles sales agency, was involved in a difficult breach of contract with one of its UK client. Difficult because an expertise was needed in this field of activity; difficult because our client took an approach which wasn't decent to say the least. Myerson debated very professionally and defended our position strongly up to win our case considering the results obtained before we needed to go to court. Very satisfied. I will recommend Myerson to my other French agents colleagues; and will not hesitate to work with Myerson for others aspects of my business.

David Jones was looking after us regarding our case and right from the start of the process it was made as easy as it could be which was important, as it was an incredibly stressful time! Not able to discuss any specifics here for legal reasons but suffice to say that despite being a very individual case, relating to very technical built environment factors, he was able to deal with matters very efficiently. Then there was other positive things like he was always contactable, did things in a realistic timescale and was always understanding of the situation. I consider our outcome to be as good as it could have been without resorting to court action which would of simply been too stressful and expensive for us…

I had the pleasure of dealing with Amy at the Myersons in a legal matter. From the start of the process, Amy has been absolutely fantastic in terms of advice, guidance and support. Awful incompetent people who will charge you for their incompetence. Try to squeeze as much money out of you and only resolved a problem when I asked to see all paperwork and correspondence so far relating to the matter (after saying it could cost up to £20k to resolve). Completely unable to communicate using basic English, rather than jargon and was the worst experience of my life which caused so much stress for over a year. Use anyone but these people.

We have reviewed the case and the billed cost was in line with our estimated costs for your case which were explained at the outset of the matter and throughout the course of the matter. There were complicated aspects to your case which we outlined at the start which required a lot of work. The amount billed related to three cases and whilst we will not divulge the details of the cases online we think the fee was a fair reflection of the amount of work carried out by our solicitors. Would never recommend. I Googled " no win no fee" and this Company came up. I sent them a message on that basis, and they literally got me to do the work myself, and then send them results. They then told me they will charge me over £2,000 JUST TO WRITE 1 LETTER. Absolute jokers! Given the circumstances, I did reluctantly agree as time was passing by and I wanted the matter dealt with quickly. Then, they sent me an "request to pay", so I thought they'd already sent their expensive letter even though I hadn't seen it. I challenged this after reminders to pay kept coming, and they told me they'd done no work at all yet. Seriously wasted my time and caused delays. Realising they're not capable of doing an acceptable job, and definitely not worth over £2k, it's time for me to go elsewhere and time for these fools to give up their jokes

We do always carefully provide a detailed quotation for the costs of dealing with a particular matter, the costs being based upon the total amount of work we reasonably believe necessary to deal with the matter in hand. In some instances we do also request a payment on account of costs to be made before we will start work on a particular matter, as in this instance. We are sorry that you have not been happy with this arrangement.
