Joe Ferguson has supported me every step of the way though a long winded divorce process and has provided clear advice throughout. I have learnt (the hard way) that there are different approaches to advising though divorce. My sister and I (trustee's) were faced with the daunting task of trying to resolve a number of legal and tax issues with our nephews trust fund. Despite this taking over a year to resolve, due in the main to HMRC delays in responding we have now finalised all matters satisfactorily. I found Hannah and the team to be most professional and helpful at all times, and really value the service and advice they provided. David Jones was looking after us regarding our case and right from the start of the process it was made as easy as it could be which was important, as it was an incredibly stressful time! Not able to discuss any specifics here for legal reasons but suffice to say that despite being a very individual case, relating to very technical built environment factors, he was able to deal with matters very efficiently. Then there was other positive things like he was always contactable, did things in a realistic timescale and was always understanding of the situation. I consider our outcome to be as good as it could have been without resorting to court action which would of simply been too stressful and expensive for us…
