Accessing the mediation service was straightforward and easy from the start. The initial enquiry process was smooth, and communication was clear throughout. Booking dates was slightly hectic at first, as my preferred slots were taken quite quickly, but the team responded promptly and kept me updated. They offered alternative dates that were as close as possible to my requested time, which I really appreciated. All documentation was sent out expediently and without confusion, making the preparation process simple and stress-free. The mediation appointment itself was conducted extremely professionally. Everything was handled calmly, respectfully, and with clear structure, which made what could have been a difficult process feel well managed. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service provided. If I need mediation again, or any of the other services they offer, I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them in the future.
Highly recommended especially Grace O'Neill who was awesome. Answered all my questions, and kept me informed about my case. I hopefully won't need a solicitor again, but if I do I shall use Grace again
Sarah Rowe was completely incompetent when handling my matter, no appreciation for the stress these situations create and a complete failure to acknowledge and allow sufficient time to prepare for court and the deadlines. Avoid at all costs

Thousands spent and got nowhere with my case, did 1 hearing on my own after i stopped using them and got further than with these at all previous hearings combined. Hounds you for payments and refuses to continue work if you don't pay beforehand or on time despite me explaining my money situation and when my pay days are. Delegates the work and then adds extra hours onto "time spent at court" and god knows what else. Even charged me for a phone call making a complaint to to them about the services provided. So for those reasons i would not recommend

I have dealt with Sills & Betteridge Lincoln with conveyancing 3 times now and been both on the selling and buying end, and have to say their knowledge, efficiency, attention to detail and effectiveness are second to none. Even when dealing with difference circumstances (eg. putting property into a trust), they surpassed 2 other reputable solicitors contacted for quotes in their understanding (and the only ones to actually give us correct information!) Super quick to answer any emails, always same day (even out of hours) and always answer the phone and their wise advice has undoubtedly saved us a lot of money over the years. Centrally located office with plenty of customer parking which is also appreciated. Special shout out to Ellie Kilshaw and Ed Sharpe who have consistently gone above and beyond to fight our corner and deliver positive outcomes every time. Thank you both so much for all your help!
